ACTING CAREER

 

Jean has recently completed writing a dramatised piece based on the love letters between the renowned literary giant George Bernard Shaw and the much adored Shakespearian actress Dame Ellen Terry.  

 

My Dear Miss Terry was previewed in March at the Alexendra Theatre Bognor Regis and opened at the Brighton Rialto to enthusiastic audiences.

In 2014 she appeared in Freedom Studios' Home Sweet Home as Barbra, initially in March/April in Bradford and then on tour during September into October.

Jean is a founder member of the Royal National Theatre and has many theatrecredits to her name including two seasons at the Chichester Festival Theatre and a season at Royal National Theatre where she played Ada Figgins in HOBSON'S CHOICE .
